At LT Nutrition, our main purpose is to support busy women nourish their gut and maintain their health.

The 7 Day Nourish Your Gut Challenge is designed to get you thinking about what is on your plate, eating more plants and building good gut bacteria, even with a super busy life.

Here's an outline of what to expect during the challenge.

A weekly meal plan

  1. A weekly meal plan will be provided however this can be adapted to your food preferences, food availability and budget. 
  2. A video will outline how to design a meal plan based on the demands of your week
  3. A blank meal plan will be provided so you can adapt the meal plan provided

Why and how to eat more than 30+ plants per week

  1. A video explaining the importance of eating more plants and why eating more than 30+ plants per week is key to gut health
  2. Examples of how to eat more plants
  3. What is a portion size?

A daily food challenge

Each day I will give you a food challenge. For example, I may ask you to try a new fruit or vegetable . This is to get you building diversity into your eating

Daily Facebook LIVE videos

Everyday I will be LIVE on a private Facebook group to share tips on prepping, cooking and eating the meals provided. There will also be an opportunity to have discussions, ask questions, share experiences and make new friends.
