Also, as a busy working mum of two kiddos under two I understand how hard it can be to nourish your body in the correct way, especially when you are hands down exhausted.

We all need a little support sometimes.

I have been so fortunate over the past 10 years. I have had immense support from family, friends, doctors and wellness practitioners to recover from cancer…TWICE, and manage the symptoms of early menopause. With this support, my extensive knowledge in nutrition and continued education in gut health, women’s health and stress management, I feel compelled to help other women who may need that support but are unsure where to start.
