The Nutrition for a Healthy Menopause Program is a 10 week nutrition and self-care program aimed to provide the following:

  1. Solutions on how to nourish your body through midlife changes
  2. Easy meal planning to support you through your menopause journey
  3. Education on how to nourish specific areas of the body
  4. Body composition measuring tools to monitor your health and progress
  5. Accountability and support each week to keep you on track

Why I designed the program?


I have been menopausal since I started chemotherapy in January, 2012. Since then I have tried many things to manage the side-effects.

Nutrition is ONE aspect of daily living that has truly made a difference to my overall health and well being.

I want to use my knowledge of nutrition and continued education on gut health and women’s health to help you manage your menopause experience.

I want EVERY WOMAN to feel empowered and informed about nutrition and use nutrition to have a positive menopause experience.
